Furniture Brands is the nation’s leading manufacturer and retailer of home furniture. With over 6,000 stores nationwide, some company owned, many owned by independent dealers, the number 1 driver of sales success on the retail floor is well trained sales associates. Working with our partner, the Knowledge Transfer Company, Activated Marketing produced the “Sales by Design” video training system. A step-by-step online training system that can equip any retail sales associate with the skills necessary to improve their sales closing ratios, sales order size and customer purchase frequency.

Tradeshow Promotion
Furniture Brands had a major trade show appearance for which they needed to grab the attention of rushers-by. This video afforded them the opportunity to grab their attention in an automated way that also afforded the sales personnel the opportunity to interact with prospective clients without interruption.
Training
The sales team at Furniture Brands needed a consistent way to train their partners. Video was the best solution to demonstrate all the different variables involved in the sales process.
